If there are caches which are incorrectly listed as archived, chances are that there is a disturbance in the feed from Geocaching.com. The best thing to do is wait a day or so to see if it comes back. If not, just post a note in the forum and the team can take a look.

Chance are that your anti-spam software is rejecting the emails. Take a look at your junk folder to see if they're in there.
