A First To Find (FTF) hound is defined (in general terms) as a geocacher who is willing to drop everything to try find a new geocache before anyone else.
Being ready to go 24/7 with the geoaching pack at fingertips (or even stashed in the boot of the car), a new set of batteries in the GPS at all times as well as a fast internet connection and the ability to ignore the spousal unit as they cry out "Where do you think you're going?"
