A [[Regular cache]] is usually about the size of your lunchbox.  It should be able to hold a log book and a number of swaps.

Some cachers deem that anything between about 1 litre and around 5 litres is considered a regular container and anything larger than 5 litres is considered a large cache. Other cachers deems that anything between 1 litre and 20 litres is a regular container and in order to fit the large category it must be 20 litres or larger.
