The Watch List is a list of caches which you wish to receive updates on.
If a log is posted or the cache page is updated for a cache on your watchlist you will recieve a daily email from GCA with those details in them.
A cache can be added to this list by going to that caches particular page and clicking on 'Watch' in the sidebar on the right.
You can view/edit your Watch List my going to the My tab and selecting 'Watchlist'
