What is Geocaching?

Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunt where you track down caches hidden by other players. Caches are often in spectacular places such as waterfalls, lookouts or perhaps cunningly camouflaged in a city park.

  • Combination of high-tech and outdoor activity
  • Easy to do: all you need is a $200 GPS
  • There could be something hidden in your local park
