You can list your Geocache on a Cache Listing Website so that Geocachers know about it.
The most popular listing site is Geocaching.com. The Australian listing site is this site, Geocaching Australia.

- It's free: you aren't forcing people to pay US$30 per annum to be able to download a GPX file containing your cache
