Log emails

This page contains information specific to Geocaching Australia.

Emails are generated from Geocaching Australia when your cache is logged containing information such as the name of the cacher who logged your cache as well as the date and their log text. Emails are not generated for logs you place on your own caches.

You can receive emails from Geocaching Australia as either:

• Individual emails for each log made
• A summary email generated once per day (just after midnight) for all of the logs placed on your caches in the last day

The default setting is to receive individual emails. You can change this setting by going to http://geocaching.com.au/my/settings and choosing "Summary Log eMail" in the appropriate drop down box.

Your watchlists will also be affected by this setting, so if your choose "Summary Log eMail", all of your watchlists will be summarised and provided once per day.
